Hypnosis

is a guided descent into focused attention — where unconscious information becomes available.

The unconscious is not always abstract. It governs digestion, impulse, memory, rhythm, reflex, attraction, aversion. It governs the movements we call instinct. In trance , we enter the layer beneath narration — where image precedes language, where sensation organizes thought.

We use deep relaxation to bypass habitual critical patterning — the rehearsed associations that keep perception fixed — and we access the symbolic, imaginal, and somatic material shaping behavior. From there, we can observe, interrupt, re-route and explore.

Often feelings of “stuckness” is simply a frozen sequence or a looping neural choreography rehearsed long enough to feel permanent.

For example: You may want to write every morning — but instead reach for your phone.

That automatic action is a learned neural pathway. In trance, we access the information beneath the action and compose a new sequence.

The unconscious is highly suggestible in deep relaxation. There, we install different associations so the body remembers differently. We access the subconscious layer where those pathways were formed.

Through guided trance, we re-route the association so that when you wake, the impulse to write becomes stronger than the impulse to scroll.

About me

My background in interdisciplinary sculpture and painting led me to performance art at a young age, where I began exploring how movement reveals unconscious material. Over the past decade, my work as a choreographer and movement director evolved into a practice that integrates art, hypnosis, and somatic awareness. I use hypnotic and meditative techniques to help collaborators access deeper states of consciousness leading to creative intelligence.

I spent years developing workshops in Slow Motion Meditation and Unblocking techniques. And in early 2025, I completed Melissa Tiers’ Integrative Hypnosis certification, continuing to develop this approach through collaborative projects with artists Jes Nelson and Daniel Ryan. This opened a door of co-modalities that stem from hypno-therepy.

I often use hypnosis to access the fertile void, to see what’s present, to relax, for pain relief and i also use it to clarify and reveal creative information. All of this is often connected to deeper narratives, and so I operate on the premise that their is nothing to “fix”- meaning, your experience is information meant to reveal tomorrows’ actions. What is felt today can be channeled into building new worlds together.

For clarity, I am not a medical professional, rather i use narrative medicine to explore what’s unseen.

My practice centers on the idea that healing is a creative process—unique to each person and rooted in embodied listening. All informtion is informtion. All hypnosis is self hypnosis. It can be used to access information already within you or connected to higher sources. I am a guide.

For me, this is a life long practice that i am happy to share with you.
